Process
How a project runs.
- 1
Discovery
We talk through what your business does, where things get stuck today, and what the project needs to achieve. If a website isn't the right answer, we'll say so.
What you receive
A clear picture of the problem, and whether we're the right fit to solve it.
- 2
Proposal
We turn the conversation into a written proposal: exactly what we'll build, when it will be ready, and what it costs.
What you receive
A fixed-scope proposal. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
- 3
Design
We design the key pages and screens at full detail, then refine them with you until they're right.
What you receive
Approved designs, so there are no surprises when the site goes live.
- 4
Development
We build in stages on a private staging link, sharing progress as features come together so you can review the real thing, not screenshots.
What you receive
Regular updates and a staging site you can open whenever you like.
- 5
Launch
We deploy to your domain, walk you through managing everything, and hand over every account and credential.
What you receive
A live site, full ownership, and two weeks of care after launch.
Two weeks of care after launch.
Launch isn’t the end of the job. For two weeks after your site goes live, we fix anything that comes up and make small adjustments as real visitors start using it.
Bug fixes
Anything that breaks or behaves unexpectedly after launch gets fixed.
Small adjustments
Copy tweaks and minor changes as real visitors start using the site.
A direct line
Questions go straight to the person who built your site.
Working together.
One point of contact
You work directly with the person building your project. Questions get answered by someone who knows the code.
Progress you can see
Your private staging site is always available, so you can check real progress whenever you like instead of waiting for a demo.
Everything handed over
At launch you receive every account, credential and repository. You own your system outright.
Questions
What is your typical project timeline?
A business website usually takes one to two weeks. An e-commerce store takes three to four, and custom web apps take four to eight depending on scope. Your proposal states the exact timeline before we begin.
How will we communicate during the project?
Mostly on WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer, with regular progress updates. You can open the staging site at any time to see where things are.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes two weeks of post-launch care for fixes and small adjustments. After that, you can continue with a monthly maintenance plan or manage the site yourself.
Can I see your client work?
Most of our client projects are under NDA, and some clients prefer not to be named, so our case studies are concept builds and our own products, made to the same standard. On a call we can talk through work similar to yours without identifying the client.
Do you work with clients outside Kenya?
Yes. We work with remote founders and teams abroad, and the process runs the same way over video calls and shared staging links.
