Belion Studios is a web development studio based in Nairobi, Kenya. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@belion.co.ke.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run this website:

• Details you send through the contact form: your name, email address, company, the service you’re interested in, budget range, timeline and project description.
• Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Basic, aggregated usage data such as pages visited and device type, used to understand how the site performs.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver any project you engage us for. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site and our communications, such as website hosting and email delivery. They process data only on our behalf. Some may store data outside Kenya, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by the Act.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as required for the engagement and our legal obligations. After that, we delete them.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@belion.co.ke and we’ll respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
