The challenge
Professional services websites sell something intangible. A typical consultancy leans on client logos, testimonials and years of experience, and none of those could be used without fabricating them.
Kenyan tax rules also change often, so the content had to be useful without quoting rates, deadlines or citations that could go out of date.
The approach
The site is organised around the questions a business owner asks: what do you do, do you understand businesses like mine, how do you work, what happens if I get in touch. Every service page follows the same structure, so services are easy to compare.
Where a firm would usually make a claim, Meridian offers something useful instead: service principles in place of logos, a transparent process in place of testimonials, and charts clearly labelled as sample data.
The Financial Planning page includes an illustrative 12-month cash-flow chart with a tooltip, a plain-language summary and a table view, so the data never depends on colour or a mouse.
