The challenge
Most dental websites are either cold and clinical, or they overpromise: pain-free treatment, guaranteed results, invented awards. Neither helps the visitor who matters most, someone putting off a visit because they're anxious or worried about being pressured into treatment.
Healthcare content also carries real responsibility. Medical copy has to stay general, emergency guidance has to be unmissable, and a booking form must never tell someone they have an appointment when they don't.
The approach
The homepage walks through the visit as a four-step journey: book, discuss your concerns, understand your options, agree on a plan. Every service page follows the same seven-part structure, so patients learn it once, and its booking button opens the form with that service already selected.
The appointment form asks only for what's needed, blocks Sundays and past dates, allows only morning slots on Saturdays, and moves focus to an error summary that links to each problem. Even with a backend connected, success means "request received", never "appointment confirmed".
Services, team and patient information live in typed content files, so pages, the sitemap, related links and the form's service list all update from one place.
